Street Basics LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Magic Motion (the "Service"), accessible at magic-motion.ai. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

Waitlist and account information. When you join our early-access waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name and store URL.
Usage information. When you use our Service, we automatically collect standard log information including your IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited.
Content you upload. If you use Magic Motion to generate videos, we temporarily process the product images and content you upload. This content is used solely to generate your requested videos and is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the Service to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Notify you when Magic Motion becomes available (waitlist)
- Deliver the video generation service you've requested
- Send you service-related emails (order confirmations, feature updates)
- Communicate with you about your account or our Service
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service, including hosting infrastructure (Railway), AI video generation providers, and email delivery

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Uploaded content used for video generation is retained temporarily to allow you to access your generated videos and then deleted per our retention schedule.

We use essential cookies to make our Service work (for example, to remember you're signed in). We may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
